We accept most major insurances. Please have your current insurance card with you at the time of the appointment. All copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles are due at the time of the visit. If you have any insurance questions, please contact us.

If you have a high deductible plan, our office staff will work with you to help determine the cost of the visit and/or testing. If your deductible makes testing too expensive, the doctor and the staff will work with you to help improve your symptoms and determine when and if allergy testing might be helpful in the future. We can also discuss payment plan options if necessary.
